Hendra Yeo

Inspired by the series - Chef's Table, Hendra, then 17y/o gave  wood fire cooking a try. This ignited his passion for live fire cooking.

 

He always had a love for meat dishes. Having tasted the flavour that smoke could impart into a protein, Hendra was hooked and looked towards taking his craft to greater heights.

 

Over countless experiments in his backyard, he improved and perfected his craft. Smoking up dishes which earned the praise of his family and friends. Seeing his dishes bringing people together & smiles to the table, Hendra, with the help of his family, embarked on the home-based business – Cuts & Slices.

 

At Cuts & Slices, we specialize in American-style barbecue, involving larger cuts of meat rubbed simply with salt, pepper & selected herbs before being smoked low and slow till juicy and tender. We aim to share tasty smoked dishes for all occasions at an affordable price point.
